Gure Aberria

Gure Aberria was awarded the Baco de Oro Medal in 2020. Gure Aberria is a white txakoli made using Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia grapes from vineyards located between 200 and 220 metres high. The vines are grown on well-drained and shallow soils.

It is lemon-yellow in colour with clean and bright green hues.  This medium-intensity aromatic wine has notes of very ripe white fruit, and of vanilla, cinnamon, smoky hues and toffee. Slightly sweet entry, body and very good structure in the mouth.

It is best served with appetisers, vegetable, pasta, rice dishes, shellfish, fish, white meat and fresh cheeses. Best drunk at a temperature of between 8 and 10 ºC.
